Join us on the last Sunday of the month for a pickling or ferments workshop class, here at Leake St. Cafeteria.

As good for you as it tastes, you will also learn about the health benefits of this method to preserve fresh produce.

In the Pickling workshop, learn how to make the pickles and sauerkraut you’ve tasted in the salads, sandwiches and muffins made at the cafe.

In the Ferments workshop you’ll learn how to make your own healthful drinks such as kefir, kombucha and others.

Everything you will need is included in the attendance price, simply come along and enjoy these fun workshops designed for all ages.
