Looking for specialty coffee and tasty food?
Our regulars tell us Leake St. Cafeteria is one of Fremantle’s best kept secrets.
The courtyard cafe can be found inside the iconic Kakulas Sister grocer.
Wade Drummond can be found most days in the tiny Leake St. Cafeteria kitchen (yes, you’ve seen him before especially if you are a Masterchef fan!).
Wade pickles, preserves, bakes and cooks as much as possible including yogurts, simple cheese and sauces.
Open for breakfast and lunch, the menu features masterful flavour combinations with muffins, salads or soups changing daily and a regular menu of tasty rice bowls, sandwiches, rolls and sweet treats.
The Leake St. Cafeteria team of passionate coffee lovers and foodies always welcome a good chat.
You’ll also find coffee of single origin, specialist blends, batch and cold brew as well as teas. The turmeric latte recipe is Wade’s own.
A small range of gifts and take home products are available including coffee from local roasters, Frank Green cups, Aeropress and hand held coffee grinders.
Catering queries for office or special events are welcome and the courtyard is available for your meeting or event space.
